- Proposed Dormitory need to have stronger reason why only for Foreign factory workers and not for local workers.
- Emphasize stronger on residential uses such as dormitory

PHASE 3:
- Street design
- Foodcourt + retails should be visible to the main road and not hidden behind
- Drop off must be covered as well
- Double protection facade on west and east
- Proposed fire staircase according to UBBL travel distances.
- Make a bigger void on first floor
- Proposed central courtyard/plaza for indoor sitting area while waiting for numbers to be called for government and private sectors services. (as a main centre point for people to focus on)
-SOP Procedures need to be highlight ie; SCAN MY SEJAHTERA, TEMPERATURE CHECK, QUEUEING area
-Separate entrances if can for Essential services, Commercial and Clinic. 
- Spill out more on the post pandemic guidelines
- How the Prudent Centre works externally?
- Make a stronger concept inside building stronger ie: Radial focus to the centre, from the centre spread to programs.
- Central courtyard should be the focal point of the building so make it more welcoming.
- Loading bay on the west part of the building should not be seen directly from the side entrances. 
- West side ingress should be pushed upwards a bit. or push down the loading bay lower than the side entrance.
- Indicate which one is the main ingress (should be straight to drop off) 
- Parking for disabled people nearby main Essential Services ie; Police, Clinic
- Provide ambulatory parking for emergency next to the clinic
- Lift change from 6 metre square into 3 meter square
- Show Wind direction within the building
- East side Public toilet should have more privacy ie; Foyer in the middle. West side Public Toilet is okay coz it is located in the end of hallway

- Central courtyard as inner sitting / waiting area (waiting for numbers on big screen)
- Clinic were shifted further with larger buffer to avoid patients merged with retails customers
- Ambulatory parking for emergency
- Foodcourt changed to the front area next and below to the Walkway ramp (that goes to the vertical biophilic garden on the first floor)
- Loading bay for Pos Laju were pushed lower from the side entrance and have parkings for courier Van to park. (without blocking the visitor's way)
- Main program for commercial were put in front of the building (refraining it to be hidden from the main road)

HAVENT BEEN UPGRADED:
- Vehicular circulation is still on the thinking process as the Panel suggesting to have different entrances for each 3 main building programs (ESSENTIAL FOR POLICE or POS MALAYSIA), (COMMERCIAL) & (CLINIC)
