She want's to replace the long video. We can get clarification, but she seems to want as stated in the transcript, "I’m going to give you an overview of the degree program and how it works."
Problems that shouldn't be repeated as I (Liz) see it:
----outdated references to 2013 residentials
----maybe some unnecessary duplication of Tab info clearly and 
     succinctly stated on Applied Music landing page (i.e., Content tab:  
     all 4 years modules, Career tab lists all the career opportunities)
----Use of jargon which a viewer may not know "blended learning"
----too lengthy (besides personal experience of watching see 
     video length post-it)
----no POV from student, graduates, teachers or practitioners. Web page 
     his two text testimonials from students, no other voices.
----canned music, if a highly is multi-genre, should  
     probably get an audio sense of that.

It was nice to see you in our 2nd of October  train video conference, even if it was intermittent. Based on that short conversation, your follow-up 3rd of October email to Bryan and your video, we are gaining a better sense of what you are looking for in a video.
We believe your target audience are prospective students–musicians who find neither the “traditional” music college nor a completely “online” degree  meet their needs. If you have more specific demographics, for example age, that would be useful. 
We believe the goal of this film is to attract accomplished musicians to the Applied Music BA (Hons) degree program. Primarily speaking this would be new students, but a compelling video may also attract practitioners, lecturers and guest speakers.
We would like to arrange a video conference to share some initial idea and to make sure we are on track. The sooner the better. Would you be available Monday 6th November around 13:00?
We would like to present our concepts, our class final presentation, the week of 27th of November.
