This gives student a chance to reflect on their learning by answering certain questions:
What predictions did you make about the lesson? Which were correct and incorrect?
What parts of the lesson were easy to understand? What parts do you still have questions?
How does today's lesson relate to yesterday's lesson?
What did you do well today? What could you improve on for tomorrow?
These questions do not have to be answered after after every lesson. The teacher will pick the one they think is the most important to reflect on for the students for that particular lesson.

How Can Technology Help

Reflective Journals can be done with using technology. Students can use their Google Drive to create a folder for a reflection journal. This will allow the students easy access to add or change their ideas. They can also use audio recording to document what they are doing and learning. This is good for students who are audio learners and can go back to listen to what they have learned. Students can also use presentation tools such as Padlet, Prezi, and mindmaps to help with the information. This are easily accessible and students can share with teachers or peers. By adding in technology, it makes note taking easier and more accessible for students and teachers. It also has information stored in one place.

Implementation

I believe this is a good strategy to start implementing after each lesson, like a exit ticket. This will allow you to see what the students were able to understand during the lesson and what area's need help. This would be so beneficial to teachers and students because we are not wasting time covering things they already know. We can take the information and move into something that will grab their attention and needs to learned.
