They were hype enough towards the end of the day!
I hope to be more prepared and aware of the events by preparing every thing the day before.
The goal I set is to be able to teach the class more cheers and dances

omgomgmomg day one of orien was so FUN! i feel like something that we did really well today was that we really tried very hard to try and engage the sec1s (and it worked for the most part!) i love my kids theyre all so superduper cute, and tbh the best part of today was seeing them really start to do our cheers really enthusiastically! its quite heartwarming to see them all start to open up and talk to each other hehe

something that i want to work on is to definitely try to be more aware of the not having small discussions with the other facils thing... but we'll do better tomorrow! i think today we were all abit excited so we maybe abit forget, but tmr confirm better one

one goal i want to set for tomorrow would be to try to REMEMBER THE SEC1S NAMES and also to try to get to know them better individually la, and as mentioned during debrief just now, make sure that time management is good and try to do discussions right place, right time

1 thing done well
Communication with secondary ones, managed to make them interact with each other, got them to get from venue to venue fast as well
1 thing we would like to work on
Organisation, we sometimes slightly all over the place (talking over each other etc) and can work on putting up a united and more energetic front, so secondary one energy level during cheers can improve
1 goal to set
Energy level can be higher during cheers, secones can be more hyped up
Setting clear boundaries especially in regards to school rules with some "daredevils"

1) Our energy level was there when doing cheers by giving our most hyped reactions and we adapted quite well to situations when we had to cut the IBGs and when things overran. We actually worked well together, our dynamics and chemistry was great today!
2) We can be more firm towards them and more aware when we are talking during debrief or when they are not paying attention to someone when they are talking.
3) To get the sec1s to be more enthusiastic during cheers and dances.

1 thing we've done well
- we managed to engage the entire class, and hype them up. We all talked to the sec 1s proactive towards the end of the day and managed to get to know them better!!!

1 thing to work on
- We can try not to discuss what we are planning to do in front of the sec 1s. and we can try to entertain them when we are in the midst of preparing the materials needed.

1 goal we would like the set for tmr
- WE CAN TRY TO HYPE THEM UP MORE!!!! PUT IN 200% OF OUR ENERGY FOR THEIR 100% PERCENT!!!!

generally 1a is super responsive to our call-and-response and cheers all the time (which makes it so much easier for us), and usually when we tell them to do something they will do one lah! on the facils side i think today we were much more coordinated and aware of not having our little small talk at the side, so that one got improvement hehe

room for improvement (biggest room in existence haha funny) would be to try to spread out more, will def take note more tomorrow! we'll try to mingle around with the sec1s more, so that they feel a sense of togetherness with us too. actually initially we wanted to eat lunch with them but we thought we werent allowed so we didnt, but we'll try to eat with them tmr!

one goal for tomorrow.... try to work on the point mentioned up there! and also try to hype our kids up EVEN MORE (bc rv identitiy is tmr) (we will train them well)

1) We got the whole class to cooperate and be more hyped today during RV identity, they were dancing and cheering along with us, we bonded a lot more.
2) I think that we need to consolidate when we move onto the next programme and tell the sec 1s clearly about what they need to bring and tell them what was the next programme so they do not get confused or miss out. We can also be more patient with the sec 1s and talk to them calmly.
3) We can make the sec1s more hyped and louder during cheers.

1 thing we've done well!
- being very enthusiastic and cheering! we feel like this really helped our juniors to open up and become more comfortable with us

1 thing we would like to work on!
- we were discussing infront of them and using our phones when we have to check for any important messages, but we feel that we could discuss at the back of the classroom instead, and try not to use our phones infront of them

1 goal we would like to set for tmr!
- get 1b to be more hyped together <3

1 thing we've done well!
- very good time management AAA we are very proud of 1b as we managed to keep track of time and be on time for every activity (no overrunning!) we are also very heartened to see our juniors step up and be the ones reminding everyone to keep track on the time alsooo which was SUUPER good

1 thing we would like to work on:
- we realised that us, facs, tend to keep speaking over each other ;( which is distracting especially when someone is already talking in front of the class as this distracts the fac kids. hence, we would like to improve on this and maybe we can start by giving each other a signal when we realise that we are speaking over each other

1 goal we would like to set:
- 1 person speak at each timeee (as not only us facs have this problem, but our fac kids too and we would rlly like to work on it together HEHE)

1 thing that we have done well!
- We managed to hype the class up and they bonded quite well, it was evident when we saw the sec 1 students talking to each other during lunch.
1 thing we would like to work on:
- We can try not to discuss too much in front of the sec 1s and try and the other facils will try to fill the time when the other facils are discussing.
- 1 goal we would like to set tomorrow:
We can remind them about the importance of discipline! AND ALSO PUT IN OUR 200%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- 1G was AMAZINGGGG, the students were more proactive and willing to participate in cheers and all and they were also more happy to communicate with us, though a few students still kinda shy.
- 1 thing i hope 1G can work on would definitely to be more attentive and respectful, as they get more comfortable with us and their surroundings, they tend to be more vocal at the wrong times and would really be disrespecting whoever is talking by interrupting them or making fun of whatever was said by just voicing it out, this causes the class to be more rowdy as one voice leads to another, as facils, we will constantly remind them of their manners and to always have their full attention on where they should have it at the right place right time.
- 1 goal for 1G okay! Maybe we can be more participative and try to remember more of the cheers because the class find some cheers aWkWaRd to shout, like ice cold baby and kemama for the hand part (one kid mistook it as your mom), I think for this part we would really have to try to sped up our schedule and try to have sufficient extra time to recap and teach the cheers to the class (& dance if we can make it) !

- We managed to hype them up a bit more, as we can see that they are much more participative in the cheers that we lead in front of the class, compared to the past few days such that we have lost our voices :(
1 thing we did not do as well in:
- I think we used a lot of oi and focus cheers, and we could try to use different ways to grab their attention.
1 goal we would like to set for tomorrow:
- we want to make them more HYPE and PROACTIVE so that it would be more memorable for them as tomorrow is O' TWILIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1 thing we've done well:
- we are really suuuper proud of 1b today because they are really so much more hyped today and when we told them to cheer louder, they responded so well!! and some of the fac kids even helped to lead the cheers <3

1 thing we would like to improve in:
- work together to help spread out the juniors and help them to fill up the gaps !! because there are still quite alot of gaps between the juniors

1 goal we would like to set for tmr:
- continue to hype up the juniors because tomorrow is o twillight so we want them to put in their 100% !! <3

1 thing we've done well:
- today 1G was extremely enthusiastic when it came to cheering, learning the lyrics to the rv songs and dancing! major improvements in these areas so we are very proud of them

1 thing we would like to work on:
- punctuality based on the ap plan and the info provided to us via walkie talkie/ whatsapp
- we take blame in this matter as we shouldve asked them to move down earlier, and that we shouldve asked them to move faster

1 goal we would like to set for tomorrow:
- to be able to give our 200% to not only our fac kids but for the entire day so that all of us can enjoy tomorrow's programme!

today the kids responded super well to all our call and response, and we feel that we did spread out more to mingle with them, especially during rv identity rp, we took note not to zihai, and overall we hyped htem up quite well lah

something we didnt really do well was that we werent really familiar with the procedures for inicere rehearsal, so on our part we contributed to rehearsal being quite mess overall, but we'll definitely take note of this for friday actual day

one goal we're setting for tomorrow is to try not to show that we're tired to the sec1s, even if we are. because tomorrow is going to be a really long action packed day, we'll probably get quite tired lah, but if we ourselves show that we cannot alr then the sec1s are also going to mirror that and be less hype, which we DONT WANT. hence this goal! (slay)

1E was SUPER hyped tdy and we did our cheers very well, we all also warmed up to each other which is very evident from their convos w each other
1 thing we would like to work on is communication and planning before the actual activities and briefings. We keep talking over each other and we seemed very chaotic which is not good for debriefs

Remind them about their sense of urgency and be alert about it at all times too

1E has really warmed up to the cheers and trried their best to listen to our instructions, especially with regards to orderly lines and closing up the gaps

The respect for fellow peers and for others within 1E has room for improvement

We feel that we were very hyped up and gave our 200% through desmostrating dances and leading cheers. Through this, we observed a significant improvement in their energy and attitude for orientation.
We feel that as we bring down the year ones from place to place, we have to spread ourselves out, instead of everyone crowing at the front and back of the line. This way we can also help to close up the gaps in the line and reach out destination quicker.
We hope that the year ones will be more comfortable with each other company and forge deeper bonds with their class.

3 things we did well:
- we manage to hype up our class and made then jump with lots of enthu during Our RV Identity dance!!!
- we got some of the fac kids to take initiative to lead the class from place to place with the placards + say the 起立行礼 when the FTs come into the classroom + lead in cheers!!
- we talked to the fac kids during lunch and ate beside them!

1 thing we can improve on:
- although some of them are very proactive in leading the cheers, it sometimes can be very annoying when they abuse their power by using these cheers at inappropriate timings or too much

1 goal for tomorrow:
- decrease the gender segregation by trying to find a common topic for them to start bonding on / suggestin them to talk more to each other and maybe group them up tgt as a last case scenario

Jiayouss for tmr!! Tmr is going to be a tiring day so we hope that the fac kids would have enough energy and hype!!

We all found day 2 much more fun compared to day 1. The cheers were getting better and we can hear the improvement.
The effort of walking faster together was also more but we can still close up the gaps much more since there are big gaps in between at times
We realized that the fac kids did not tell us where they had to go/were going and just wondered off on their own, we will make an effort to remind them that they cannot leave anywhere without us.
The kids suggested that it was still a bit awkward for them even though the day was very fun. We will try our best to get them socialized more for the next few days.

-I believe all of us found the class way more cooperative and responsive compared to the past 2 days as they're feeling more comfortable around each other
- something we are really proud of is that there was a very very big improvement today in wise the volume of the cheers. Cheering was way way wayyyy louder today compared to the past two days, the class actually put in effort in learning and remembering cheers.
- the sense of urgency was slightly better today and when i say slightly i mean slightly. The class did acknowledge that we were running late for the next programme and like tried to move faster from location to location but the movement around and in a location, eg packing up to head to next location/lining up outside the class before moving/heading back to canteen tables before leaving, was relatively slow which could definitely br improved
- for all the rp today, everyone was superr cooperative and listened attentively to instructions, even though some people forgot to bring some stuff, the class looked out for each other and shared their belongings like stationary if their classmate needed any, which was like really wholesome to watch and what we are quite proud of
generally, day 3 was a big improvement and the sec ones did super super well!!!
加油 FOR TOMORROW EVERYONE!!!!

1 thing that we have done well!
- We managed to include the entire class in today's activities and hype them up much more
1 thing we did not do as well in
- Lack of a sense of urgency, there were usually many gaps that the sec 1s were not closing up even after we reminded them to close up the gaps and we did not do anything extra to solve that issue
1 goal we would like to set for tomorrow,
- Try to be more adaptable and use a different solution if the current one doesn't work.

- we felt like we were quite inclusive and made sure everyone was not left out throughout the entire day (esp o twlilight), and we were also very proud of the kids during o twlilight as they (those who were comfortable) actually put their arms around each other and sang the songs, and made sure their friends were also not left out

1 thing we would like to work on:
- sense of urgencyyy, as there are still gaps between the kids, so we would like to help them to move faster to fill them up! another pointer would be, our tone when we talk to them as today everyone was a little more restless so we had to regularly tell them to keep quiet and listen, and sometimes we facs felt like we were a bit too harsh on them lahh ;(

1 goal we would like to set:
- for us facs to be more patient with our fac kids!! and JIAYOUS for tomorrow to chiong the last day and make it memorable for them <3

1) We really put in our 200% and tried our best to hype up our fac kids. We all really tried our best and it reflected in the sec 1s.
2) We should be a bit nicer and friendlier with them when we ask them to move quickly and have a sense of urgency that it might be a bit harsh.
3) We would like to make sure everyone appreciates each other and try to let everyone have a great last day.

1 thing we did well:
- Today certain students in 1G were enthusiastic enough to join in to most of the cheers. They also were very attentive and were listening to our instructions very well so we were satisfied with them today.

1 thing we could improve on:
- Sense of urgency as during location changes, most of the students walk very slow and thus created many gaps between the class line.
- Another thing we could improve on was our enthusiams, even though there were students cheering with us, majority of the class did not cheer with us but we cannot blame the sec 1 as it was their first day
Overall 1G did quite well for their first day of orien.

1 thing we've done well:
-1G was not hesitant in doing cheers and seemed very comfortable doing the cheers and dances. They also were very enthusiastic even though there were many activities like Mass Dance and Mass Games as well as O'Twilight and tried their best till the end of the day.

1 thing we would like to work on:
-1G can improve on the sense of urgency and trying to close up the gaps. This will be especially important tomorrow as there will be a very important event-Initiation, and it is very important that we do not overrun.

1 Goal we would like to set:
-To give our fullest towards the last day of orientation to make sure it ends of on a good note.
-To make sure that Initiation goes as planned and to make sure that the Sec 1s know what to do at the right time.

One thing we did well was hyping the kids up for cheers and dances. We could see most of them dancing their hearts out during O’twilight (with their friends). Even the shy ones manage to step out of their shells and dance along with the facils.
However, we could’ve improved on telling our class to hurry up. We wouldn’t have had to be scolded on our sense of urgency if we had prepared to leave earlier or tell them to hurry up with more urgency so that they moved faster.

- something we did well was that we put in our all in hyping up our kids! we can really see that our energy was quite "contagious" in a sense, which boomsed up the mood, so i guess in a way the kids felt more inclined to join in! i would say day4 was quite successful because 1a really was damn power lah, all the cheer they cheer loud loud, all the dance they jump high high, all of us are SUPER PROUD of our kids hehe

- for us i think the walkies, try to keep out a better listening ear for any messages, and like 主动敢敢 ask for clarification when needed. we'll take note of this tmr (esp bc ini dry run)

- one goal for tmr would be to really try to h2h during the reflections lah, because i feel like talking to our kids, we kind of unintentionally put on this filter as we try to emanate a "reliable korkorjiejie seinor vibe iykwim", which is why some of our debreifs the past few days are quite geneirc and overused tbh. so tmr during reflections we really hope to change that lah, and make reflections a meaningful time for our kids too!
