DAY 1 (MONDAY) - 21 MARCH 2022 
- Reporting at Berjaya Times Square Management Corporation office.
- HR bring to Berjaya Times Square Theme Park (BTSTP) office.
- Get to know with workers of BTSTP management.
- When to the theme park, to know all the ride in the theme park.
- I had assigned to do work into all 6 departments.


DAY 2 (TUESDAY) - 22 MARCH 2022
- I had assigned to do work under operation management team.
- Learn about how the ride operating for each ride.
- When to ticketing counter, to know about ticketing price packages.
- I had experienced in one of the ride which called spinning orbit.
- Most of the ride based on the height and age of a person.


DAY 3 (WENESDAY) - 23 MARCH 2022
- Due to system down, we need to help the ticketing counter with manually.
- I also went to haunted house to experienced it. It was fun.
- I also learned about on how to work under ticketing management.
- I guide the customers to round the park through park map.
- Learn more about marketing department.


DAY 4 (THURSDAY) - 24 MARCH 2022
- Since the system is still down, we need to help the ticketing counter.
- I got do one memo report for the upcoming packages.
- Supervisor asked to think about new ideas for upcoming birthday event.
