         <description><![CDATA[<div>Went to Mcdonald’s at Clementi Mall a couple weeks ago, the moment I entered the restaurant, there were stacks of uncleared trays at the dinning table.&nbsp;<br>I wanted to dine-in at the restaurant. However, when I was going around the restaurant there weren’t any clean table available. The customers couldn’t even help to clear the trays, because the all the bin is too full and the compartment above the bin is full of uncleared trashed and trays.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>SIA(SilkAir) Cebu to Singapore&nbsp;<br>Handling of 6 hours delay flight from Cebu Mactan International Airport to Singapore was badly handled by the ground staff. As this was a night flight  and arrival into Singapore was approximately before 6am, many lost precious time. Refreshments wasn’t served too.</div>]]></description>

No status update to confirm the date, requires to call service desk with the order number to validate the confirmation and instructed call me  before arrival.<br>3. On the actual date of delivery, waited two hours and didn’t any call.it was a bad experience decided not to order from the company again. <br><br></div>]]></description>

Approached one of the Sales representative to enquire about certain ways to operate the machine, sales representative replied in a nasty way.&nbsp;<br><br>2) Was ordering Macdonald last night, at V Hotel, Lavender. Wasn't attended to even though standing at counter for near 10mins.<br><br>3) Questions not being answered over at the Service Counter of Oppo.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. A week ago my family and I had our staycation at Sheraton Hotel which I paid in full amount.<br>2. I asked for the receipt upon check-out as I need it to get make a claim from my Company HR. However, I was issued with only a receipt with null information. I was kind of upset with their service as my request has not been acceeded accordingly.<br>3. Few days later, they sent me a feedback email asking me to rate their services during my stay there and I replied all was good except that my receipt was not acknowledged even after I had sent 2 emails for the receipts.<br><br></div>]]></description>
