They are like lighthouses, where the learner is not directed to steer the ship in the wrong direction but provides a constant reference point that will guide him or her even during difficult moments.

The tree that grows symbolizes growth, patience and nurturing. Learners are trees and they require good foundations of knowledge and encouragement to be nurtured and with time, they can bloom and be what they are capable of becoming.
