         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em>I recommend it because these cookies are delicious, crispy and spongy!</em></strong><strong><em><sub><sup>&nbsp; <br></sup></sub></em></strong><strong><em>They are very easy to make and can be left in the freezer for a long time. <br>Everybody loves them! <br>You can watch the video </em></strong><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hqswc-Oy4yQ"><strong><em>here</em></strong></a><strong><em>.<br><br></em></strong><strong>Ingredients</strong><br> -190g Cold Chopped Butter - Unsalted is best&nbsp;<br> -135g Caster Sugar&nbsp;<br> -135g Light Brown Sugar&nbsp;<br> -300g Chocolate Chips - 50% milk chocolate 50% dark chocolate<br> -415g Plain Flour&nbsp;<br> -10g Baking Powder&nbsp;<br> -1 tablespoon of Salt&nbsp;<br> -2 Eggs&nbsp;</div><div><br>&nbsp;<strong>Method</strong></div><div>-Chop the butter into little pieces<br>-Add the sugar and mix it with the butter to get some kind of nuggets&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;-Put the chocolate chips and mix<br>&nbsp;-Add and mix together the flour, baking powder and salt<br>&nbsp;-Break and whisk the eggs. Pour them into the preparation.&nbsp;</div><div>-Give a final mix and the cookie dough is made<br>&nbsp;-Divide the batter into 12 equal balls (100g each)<br>&nbsp;-Put them in the freezer overnight<br>&nbsp;-Preheat your oven to 180°C, pop in your baking tray with baking parchment to get it hot</div><div>-Put the balls on the tray and bake them for about 12 to 14 minutes<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;Let them cool down and enjoy!!&nbsp;</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>I recommend it because it it's really good.It's a traditional meal from Reunion.<br><br><br>It is&nbsp; really easy to make this.<br><br><br>Ingredients:<br><br>1kg of sausage.<br><br>2 minced&nbsp;onions.<br><br>Ginger.<br><br>1 sprig of thyme.<br>Hot pepper or 1 pinch of Cayenne powder&nbsp;<br>pepper 1 according to you taste.<br><br></div><div>Three tablespoons of oil.<br><br>2 Garlic cloves.<br><br>5 Tomatoes finely chopped.<br><br>2 Pinches of turmeric.<br><br><br>Preparation:<br><br>1)In a casserole,brown the onions with the oil&nbsp; and add the sausages cut into pieces.<br><br>2)Then add the garlic,ginger and tomatoes.Mix well<br><br>3)Add the thyme turmeric plus the chili and a little water.<br><br>4)Cover and cook over low heat of about 1/2 hour.<br><br>To finish<br>The sauce should be very red and thick,indicating the end of cooking&nbsp;<br><br>ENJOY YOUR FOOD.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I recommend them because they are delicious<br><br>INGREDIENTS<br><br>flour : 500 gr<br>sachet of chemical yeast : 1<br>tablespoon of sugar : 1<br>warm water&nbsp;<br><br>HOW TO PREPARE<br><br>1) In a bowl, mix all the noodle sticks.<br>(fresh+chemical&nbsp; yeast+baking +yeast+sugar +salt) then gradually add water, mixing at the same time until the dough becomes soft. We continue to knead and add water.<br>2) When the dough is homogeneous, we introduce air into the dough by lifting. We continue this process for three minutes. An thread is shaped.&nbsp;<br>The dough is ready for fermentation cover the dough with a plastic bag and let it rest until doubled in size for about half an hour.<br>3) After the dough has fermented, we put it in the tray coated with a  spoon of oil.<br><br>METHOD<br><br>We use two&nbsp; types of frying pan the first is a wide frying pan with little oil on a medium heat, and the second is a deep frying pan with abundant oil and a heavy fire.<br>We open the ball in the middle&nbsp; and we expand it a little until it forms a ring , then we put it in the wide pan and a bow heat until we put it form the inside and bubbles form for us.<br>We transfer it to the deep frying pan on the same side on which it was frying. We immerse it in oil with a spoon until it swells, then turn it on the other side to complete. When it turns yellow-red,the sponge is ready.</div>]]></description>

The next day (when cooking) wash the beans, put them in a pot, cover them with water and cook for about 1 hour</div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp;3. Put it in the water for 10 minutes.&nbsp;<br><br>-Take the meat in another bowl and add the marjoram. Mix with your hands!&nbsp;<br><br>-Leave the meat for a minute and cut an onion, to make it grill, but just a little bit!&nbsp;<br><br>-Add the onion to the meat and mix! And always with your hands!&nbsp;<br><br>-Then, add the egg with salt and pepper, mix another time.&nbsp;<br><br>-Now, you can add the wet bread to your bowl. The bread needs to be soft.&nbsp;<br><br>-Mix more all the ingredients. When you see the bread disappear, it's perfect!&nbsp;<br><br>-Take your frying pan and put your oil in.&nbsp;<br><br>-With the meat, make a circle with your hands and add the bread on.&nbsp;<br><br>-Cook for 15-20 minutes, if it looks good to you, it's OK!&nbsp;<br><br>-Now you can eat it with your family or just by yourself! Have fun !&nbsp;<br><br>Ingredients :&nbsp;<br><br>100g dark chocolate&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;75 cl of milk&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;1 bag of vanilla sugar<br>&nbsp;2 bitter cocoa chocolate bars or unsweetened cocoa powder&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;1 pinch of cinnamon&nbsp;<br><br>Method&nbsp;<br><br>Boil the milk with the vanilla sugar and cinnamon. When the milk boils, add the dark chocolate and the bitter cocoa mix with a whisk then let it boil.          <description><![CDATA[<div><br></div><div>I recommend it because they are good, crispy and soft.</div><div>They are so easy and quick to do.</div><div><br></div><div>Ingredients:</div><div>-250g plain flour&nbsp;</div><div>-25cl milk&nbsp;</div><div>-3 eggs</div><div>-30g sugar</div><div>-125g butter</div><div>-1 pinch of salt</div><div>-1 sachet of backing powder&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Method:</div><div>1. put the flour with the sugar,salt and backing powder on a bowl and you mix them&nbsp;</div><div>2. take the 3 eggs and put them in the same bowl and mix again&nbsp;</div><div>3. take the milk and put it into the batter&nbsp;</div><div>4. melt the butter</div><div>5. put the melted butter in the batter and mix it</div><div>&nbsp;6.          <description><![CDATA[<div>I recommend this recipe because it's very good but on the other hand it takes a little time. It's a dish that I make almost all the time and it's so good!<br><br><br><br>ingredients:&nbsp;<br>100 ml olive oil (about a glass)&nbsp;<br>750 g boneless beef (meat bourguignon, low ribs, pot au feu, etc.)&nbsp;<br>1 onion<br>6 to 7 garlic cloves&nbsp;<br>2 or 3 bay leaves&nbsp;<br>1 teaspoon of harissa&nbsp;<br>100 g of molokheya powder&nbsp;<br>1 large heaped tablespoon of oriental spices such as ras el hanout or couscous spices OTHERWISE you can add 1 small tablespoon of coriander with 1 small tablespoon of caraway.<br><br>Preparation of the recipe :&nbsp;<br>-Pour water into a large saucepan and bring to a boil.&nbsp;<br>-Cut the beef into large chunks.&nbsp;<br>-Chop the garlic and the onions.&nbsp;<br>-Pour the olive oil into a casserole.&nbsp;<br>-Brown the onions then sear the beef.&nbsp;<br>-Once seized, remove the pan from the heat then reserve the meat and onions, leaving the olive oil well.&nbsp;<br>-Sprinkle the molokheya powder while mixing vigorously until a paste forms. When the molokheya paste forms, then put the pan back on very low heat, then pour the boiling water little by little while stirring vigorously so as not to make lumps.&nbsp;<br>-Pour the water until it reaches 3/4 of the pot. Check that the heat is very low and simmer for an hour, stirring occasionally.&nbsp;<br>-Then add all the ingredients: the previously seared meat, onions, garlic, bay leaf, harissa and spices.&nbsp;<br>-You can then season with your sauce. Simmer the dish between 2 and 3 hours to bring out the flavors of Tunisia.<br>&nbsp;Be careful, the meat should not decompose, if not, take it out for a while before putting it back in the mlokheya.&nbsp;<br><br>Cooking is perfect when the olive oil rises to the surface,. Then, it's ready!</div>]]></description>
