Anna Garcia died due to a stoke caused by Ergotamine. Anna was taking ceftazidime to help her bacterial infection, her pills were switched with the Erogtamine. The ergotamine caused her blood vessles to harden up, create clotting or more clotting, which caused a heart attack/stroke.
