This hotel is belong to a budget hotel which the price of product and services is suitable and cheaper than other hotel in that area.
Firstly, when I go to work, boss will nicely gather all the staffs who are on duty at that time and make a simple introduce about each other’s.  After that, boss instruct me to follow a staff to know and understand about the whole hotel. Regardless each department, system, rule or other else, the staff will introduce its to me one by one.
After a period of time, exactly the time for the customer to check out. At this moment, the staff will bring me to that room. She commended me stand at side to look and study on how the right way to make clear and which cleaning products should be prepared.

Because of I still as a new staff in “PULAI CITY HOTEL”, the duty that I done today can be saying as similar with yesterday. The only difference is this time I finally started cleaning room with my partner.
From preparing materials in stock room to clean room activities until the task completion. She carefully lead me to complete the task. No matter how many mistakes I made, she still taught me very generously.
At the same time, when customers are coming to the service center request for help, I am honored to see how my partner communicate with customers and solve problems one by one. Learn from all the attitudes as a consultant on services center

Then, my partner has teach me to learn and master the information or system about the hotel. Every customers to register or check in in hotel, we must to record their information. Although without modern system like computer, but they have accrued and neat to record its.

As usual, I have to make room clean after customer check out the room. Before cleaning the room, I have the chance to study about the procedure to help customer check out. 
As a service person, we are obliged to remind guests to remember pack their luggage and personal items before making check out and leaving the hotel. Then, we will to request customers to hand out the key and we will write down the timing for customers check out because over the check out time, we will charge them. Lastly we will recorded customers successful check out.

After a few days of continuous cleaning room, I think my cleaning skill is gradually increasing.
Other than that, I had learn something new about how to arrange the instruments in the counter. Before making arrangements, we must understand each information and use if the instruments. Then we can make the arrangements.
Although the instruments or stationery using for record customer’s and hotel’s information are not complete and modern, but we still need to arrange property for run activities become more smoothly and better. Avoid when need to use it then cannot find it in a short time and cause this thing to be handled improperly.

My task given is still maintain the same which are similar as before. 
At the same time, my partner had teach me about knowledge to manage customers to check in hotel. “PULAI CITY HOTEL”  has various types of room which are deluxe double or twin room, superior double or twin room, economy single or twin room and deluxe or superior family. Each types of room has it’s characteristics and we will introduce them to the customers.
After customers make decision, we will request them for giving ID card and money. Then we will making the process and pay back the ID card also room’s key to the customers. At the same time, we need to explain some rules before led them go to the room.

Although my task given is similar as before, because of large of customers, it make me need to clean room and serve customers faster.
