And erasing it will not help/solve anything. In fact having and knowing our history is not only cool (even if some parts are sad) but it can be very educational (wow really? who knew?). What I mean by this is that if we erase the bad parts of our past we cannot learn from our past mistakes if they are no longer there to learn from.
