• It is in Washington D.C., this library is known as the Congress library or the Thomas Jefferson building because Jefferson was the principal founder of the library. In the photo we can see a large and long place, there are several trees and streets to get to the front of the building, there is also a cupola at the top of the building that can be noticed from afar. The rhetorical situation from this photo looks normal until you know the location and what the photo itself is telling you.

• This library is known for its log buildings from 1910-1920. In the image, we can see a first-floor homelike structure, the rhetorical situation is that this place looks different from object one this is because of the location where the library is place. I chose this library because I wanted to display the difference between the states and structure of the libraries. The audience for this photo is the neighborhood people to see the library as a second home and a comforting place to go study and spend time.

• The photo for this object is a library in the city surrounded by trees and cars. The rhetorical situation is the environment where it is located, it is not rural like the library in Alaska. This is because when the government decides to build a library, they base it on where most people are so it can be accessible to most people there, they also see the need for people and the number of children in the neighborhood that would go.

• To this library there are two different buildings across from each other. When I went to this library I was amazed because you would think that a library does not have visitors or there's people outside the building to take photos but when I went in there were people everywhere. As New Yorkers, we know that a famous tourist place is Manhattan and that is a main reason there is such a big library for people to visit it but in Manhattan there are two buildings, one for a shop and exhibit and the other one is the library itself.

• This shows that the community saw that they needed this library, when we did the research and I found this library and under headings, it says “ruins, time lapse, landmark” and doing more research I found that the library and saw that there was a disastrous fire of 1892 that destroyed the Camden business district, and the community saw that they needed a library to be “an anchor” for the community.

• The library later moved to the second floor of the Camden National Bank building and remained at this location until the disastrous fire of 1892 that destroyed the Camden business district.
