For my interview project it helped me learn a lot about my cultural because the person I interviewed was born and raised in Mexico. I had interviewed my friend's mom and she talked a lot about her childhood. This interview had also made me realize the different ways that people live and how they use transportation differently than here in America. She also talked about her school and how her grandmother would always cook her food after school and have it ready for her. I learned a lot about her culture and her experiences because I never experienced most of the things that she did because here in America we have easy access to most things.

Overall I enjoyed working on creating my website. I found it fun because I like designing things and I had acsess to putting the pictures of my choice and font. I believe that my website was captivating because I try to make it bright and clean. This book was fun to read because it was short and it had a great story. This book might matter to the world and people around me because it's a story of a young boy who risked his live to cross the boarder and have new opportunities and because he values his family the most. This is important because now days many kids are to into their phones they don't really value their family time. As a final statement the assignment was great.

I really enjoyed reading the book Frida I think that it was very intresting reading about her life story and how she delt with certains situations. The visual images of the book had a connection with the paintings that Frida painted. Fridas paintings have a very important meaning because she would always paint with an emotion in her for example, sadness, happiness or more. I would totally recommend this book to my friends.

As a group we got assigned a region in the world and we got the Americas, from here we had to big a country that we wanted and we chose Mexico. We had chosen Mexico because most of the members of our group were from here and we know a lot about this country. We read books about this Country and did projects we were assigned to one specifically, Cultural exchange. For this project we could have invited one class to join us while we teach them and let them experience Mexico. Our group planned for almost a month and we decided to invite a AP math class from our school. For the room we decorated with Mexican colorful decorations. For food one of our members brought the traditional Flautas and Mole and for drinks there was jarritos. There was also dessert, Fresas con Crema. We also had mexican candy available for our audience. As a group we created a powerpoint and presented it to the class it was mostly about the basic information of Mexico and their traditions. We played a game, loteria which is played with family in the Mexico cultural. Later on that day we had broken a pinata. Our audience had seemed to have enjoyed the celebration and experienced the Mexican cultural. Over all I thought this project was really fun because it was similar to throwing a party and I really enjoyed setting up everything, I would do this project again.
