         <description><![CDATA[<div>Tribe: The Delaware Tribe of Western Oklahoma<br>Location: Oklahoma<br>Article 1: States that all acts of violence from one party towards another would be forgotten.<br>Article 2: Article 2 is basically a peace treaty between the parties, and states that they would be in alliance if a war were to break out.<br>Article 4: When someone was sent to court, a mixed jury of both groups had to be formed.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The commissioners of the chocktaw nation shall give the prisoners, who are US citizens, back to the US.  These native Americans are now allowed to live and hunt on their designated land.  If a non Native American tries to settle on their land they loose the protection of the US which gives the Native Americans the right to do whatever they want to them.</div>]]></description>

The US also made an article that stated that they would westernize the native tribes claiming they were primitive hunters and forcing upon them husbandry and domesticated crops.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Tribes: Chickasaw from Mississippi</div><div>This treaty was made between the Chickasaw tribe and the United States to force the United States to give the Chickasaw peace and protection under certain conditions written in 11 articles. Article 4 states that if any citizen that isn't Indigenous attempts to settle on Chickasaw land, they can be punished in any way by the Chickasaws and lose protection from the United States. If any indigenous person commits a crime on any citizen of the United States, then the Chickasaw is required to turn them into the United States Congress.  </div><div><br></div>]]></description>
