Usually when you think of bacteria you think of getting sick from the germs it contains. But bacteria doesn't actually have germs because it is a germ. Not all bacteria though gets you sick, most of the bacteria that lives in your body actually helps you or just does nothing at all and just floats around in your body. A common bacterial disease is strep throat. To stop a bacterial disease you can get antibiotics from your doctor so the sickness will cure you.

If you really think about it a virus isn't a living thing because of one reason, it can NOT reproduce by itself. First, it needs to take over another cell, then when the cell copies itself, it's really copying the virus and not itself. So basically when the cell copies itself, it copies the virus instead of the cell. Examples of a virus is chicken pox, the flu, the zika virus and a cold. Even though antibiotics can't cure a virus there's medicine called antiviral medicines, which is a drug that helps your body fight the virus even though the virus could be in multiple parts of your body at once

First lets start with a protozoa and how it's a one-celled organism. Also it only lives where ever there is moisture. Protozoa needs moist places like a pond, lake, or any other water source to live since in a way it's like a fish. It needs water to live. Protozoa also can cause infections in your intestines. Next, let's talk about fungi. A fungus is a plant like creature that lives in warm and damp places like a rain forest, swamp, or even your toes. An example of a fungus is a mushroom. Fungi can also infect/attack your body like bacteria and viruses. When they do infect/attack your body it's called a fungal attack. A common example of a fungal attack is something many of you guys have already heard of and it's called athlete's foot.

Viruses are not really living because they do reproduce by themselves. They first, take over a cell. Then they tell the cell to make copies of the virus. So when the cell goes into mitosis, when it reproduces, it doesn't reproduce itself, but it copies the virus. This is technically what cancer does to people millions of times in a minute.
