expense. This could allow for a teacher to get more accurate information

about teaching around the world, and they could get ideas for lesson plans

or projects as well from other educators.

PLNs allow for teachers to communicate with their

students in another method, as well as parents. For

example if the teacher used twitter they could have

a class specific hashtag where the teacher could post

reminders of homework and such.

PLNs allow teachers to stay current. Following other teachers and

teaching programs allow for new ideas to be shared faster. This could

mean time saved for the teacher and students!

with the teaching community and help them

solve problems faster. Similarly, it can help

seasoned teachers find new and innovative

ways to do activities.
