Trophy Hunting and import of elephants into the United States

In this article they discuss the tragedy of killing elephants and importing the trophy's into the United states. While this practice has been banned here here quite some time it is considered normal in other countries. According to Hume's Law it is not logical to to base our ideas about how we ought to act from a factual account of how we actually do behave. If it's considered normal in other areas why do we condemn the behavior of hunting elephants?

Is Metro waging war on Christmas? Archdiocese sues to post biblical-themed bus ads.

Here we have an ad company for the metro that has rejected an ad from a catholic organization that promotes findtheperfectgift.org or #perfectgift The organization is suing the metro for discrimination based on religious reasons. The church argues that the metro haphazardly approves other organizations ads but is hampering their first amendment rights. Certainly this is not the first time that a company has refused to do business with someone they disagree with. My view is that it's their company to do with as they please but should they be censoring speech of others?
