There are a lot of environmental conflict throughout Africa. One of them is the crisis of food. The arid belt of Sahel have dealt with droughts and that has caused food shortages. Some people have to sell animals, tools to buy food. Some people eat less and some eat bad quality food.

The next problem they face is less and less rain. The farmers rely seasonal rains to grow food that provide food for millions. Same with live stock. But the rainfall has done less and less to annual harvest.
