Aquinas' quotes are all really note-worthy but this one stood out to me the most. I definitely agree with this one as this is one of the principles that I follow in life. There is nothing more satisfying and fulfilling than knowing the truth about certain topics and situations.
Take for example, encountering fake news and believing in it. This is alarming and most would often believe in fake news. However, if someone could verify the information, tell you it's fake and direct you to the real news, you would definitely fully understand better and maybe feel a sense of relief.
However, as we all know, not all truths are good. There are times wherein knowing the truth is the hardest pill to swallow and accepting the truth would hurt one's pride. Despite this, one would need a lot of courage to face the person living in error and encourage them to face the truth. Not everyone will accept this as most would just prefer to live and believe in a lie, the comforting lie, rather than face the harsh reality. 
So, as this quote says, it is the greatest kindness one can offer another as it will make one face the mistake or error that one has made and finally know and face the truth they didn't know, realize or confront.

In today’s world, society chooses to live life according to their terms regardless of it being the truth or not. It’s like a horse having blinkers on both eyes in which the person is focus without minding its surroundings. This can be a good characteristic of a person. But as they say, too much of everything is not good. 
In our everyday life, we experienced acts of kindness by people we know or even from strangers. One common example that we often see on the internet is when a complete stranger defends a person from being bullied. This stranger corrects the bully and leads him to the truth that what he is doing is completely wrong and should not be tolerated. This stranger is not only showing kindness to the bullied person, but also to the bully for educating him of the correct values a person should possess. If a stranger can show this to us, what more can our family or friends do? It’s beyond imaginable.
Kindness is free and should be passed around. It is a nourishment to humanity.

One, about the love for God and common good or others and the other is about self-love or love for oneself. Understanding this concept, I would say that I strongly agree with his words "Well-ordered self love is right and natural." For Aquinas this refers to the kind of love that fulfills the natural inclination of seeking happiness in order to fulfill shall I say the love tank of the others or love for God and common good. Just like the common statement, "We cannot give what we do not have." Fulfilling the self-love that we seek before loving others is natural and valid. We cannot constantly give and give the acts of love to others if we haven't satisfied ourselves with the love we need. One can only truly love others when he/she have fully loved himself/herself. Just as they say, self-love is not selfish. These two kinds of love co-exist. We all know him by Scriptures; He was teaching and preaching the Jews about the things that came from His Father. He was teaching to complete strangers and He was doing this without any pay or reward from someone. He was not doing this to become popular. All His toil and suffering were done and experienced for one noble goal: to let every people know of the truth He claims to bring. He offers it to every one his hands and feet could reach and the rejection or opposition of people did not stop Him. If Jesus' hearers proved true His claims, what Jesus' has done is a very good example of showing the greatest kindness to others.
I believe that not all of us can offer truth to everyone. Even to our loved ones, we hold back to some degree, correction or information for many reasons; it may be because of fear, jealousy, greed, etc. I believe that as humans, it is our nature to make mistakes and not to be knowledgeable of everything. If we have learned something, especially if this particular wisdom or knowledge benefits us, it feels like we are better persons. However, as humans, we are also prone to greed, fear, and other negative forces. Many times we hold back the truth or correction from others for fear of being rejected, witted and if someone whom you correct will be better than you.
I believe that leading someone from error to truth is the noblest thing on earth; it is definitely a selfless act. But when the time comes that we decided to think and love our selves, other people would still say "You are selfish."
I truly agree with this quote of St. Thomas Aquinas. Loving our own self is not "selfish". It is a way of taking care of your whole being. You are the master of your own life. 
    In addition to that, to love yourself means to accept yourself as you are. It is also important to remind our selves that nobody is perfect. We have to accept our on flaws and be happy of who we really are. I do agree to this quote since I believe that as humans in order for us to make a decision in life then we need to be logical - no matter if our decisions may be right or wrong for others since we think differently from each other.

In this lifetime, humans tend to set aside the things that they love, for a reason that not everyone will understand. St. Thomas Aquinas reminded us by the idea that we should pursue what makes us happy, the so-called "things that we love for it will tell us who we are" however, reality will always knock us down. 

This is the stage of life where everyone is trying to build a career in the assurance of having a stable future, despite doing something that you will not enjoy, as long as it will secure what's ahead of us. A sad reality that we members of the low-class family faced.

In my alone time, I drunk myself in the idea of pursuing something that I enjoy. Where I pictured out my family members synchronously understand and support. That's the time I see me genuinely happy. However, life is unfairly balanced. We should learn to take things responsibly. While you are still in the situation of doing things not aligned with your dreams, make the most out of it. Because once we starting to pursue something that makes us happy, it will be in a different situation. I am just reminding myself that what matters most is the journey in attaining our goals. Because these things that we enjoyed helps us developed to become better.
