VAEV's focus is to provide community-based coaching as well as educational and career opportunities for people from a disadvantaged background, as immigrants, refugees, unemployed individuals, NEETs and people from lower socio-economic background and/or with disabilities. Our Organization works especially in 5 fields:

We promote digital literacy through ICT training. We specialize in two social sectors: seniors and unemployed people.

We believe in the power of education to transform young people’s lives, families and communities for the better.
Right now we are developing KA2 projects in field of Digital Media and Youth Entrepreneurship.

Our main objective is the promotion of youth participation as a tool for personal, social and civic development. We are members of the Youth Council of Ciudad Real (Consejoven Ciudad Real), which is a network of around 60 local youth NGOs that supports young people to create their own youth associations as a form of social entrepreneurship and civic engagement.

We work in the field of non formal education involving young people in the development of their own ideas and turning them into actions.

We promote Erasmus+/ESC programs and European values such as solidarity, tolerance, dialogue between cultures among many others. 

We also support sustainability and environmentally-friendly behavior and try to promote good practices among the local youth.

Various local workshops, clubs and other youth activities trying to engage youth in long-term participation. Experience with Erasmus+ training courses, contact making seminars, youth exchanges and organising local training courses on Erasmus+/ESC in collaboration with the Spanish National Agency

Through our umbrella organisation Consejoven Ciudad Real we have taken part in KA2 and KA3 projects related to empowering youth and creating new youth policies. 

We are interested in participating in more KA2 projects, first  as a partner and later as a coordinating organisation.

In the last 10 years, MilleniuM has been focusing on the development of the managerial capacities of youth organizations in the Republic of Moldova, as well as those of the Eastern Partnership and the European Union under the Youth in Action program (2007-2013) and Erasmus plus (2014-2020). 
We have experience in implementing KA1, KA2 and KA3 projects and lead applicant and as partner.

As result of our experience, in 2017 MilleniuM was selected by SALTO EECA to manage Info Centre in Moldova for Erasmus+ Youth and Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps, in order to promote Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programs in the country and inform young people, youth workers and youth organization about possibilities to participate in the programs.

We are working in the field of research and education for 10 years, and we have been coordinator and partners on more than 150 EU funded projects. 

 

In addition we have received grants from different National and International programmes including the Google office in Brussels.
