         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.I always look at the price, if it's expensive I think twice is it so necessary or it can wait.<br>2. Don't buy useless stuff, ok. only sometimes.<br>3. Go to the shops without people who loves to shop, because you both should suffer to end this faster. And of course to spend less money.<br>4.Try to compare prices from different shops and notice where the cheapest one.<br>5. Buy everything on sales<br>6.Wasn't caught not thief. REMEMBER!<br>7. There are a lot of almost fresh food in trash containers behind every supermarket<br>8.Beer on sales is better</div>]]></description>
