Beyond my academic and professional background, I have a strong curiosity for the international world. I am passionate about travelling, discovering new cultures, understanding different ways of life, and learning languages, which I consider essential to broaden both my personal and professional perspective.

I really like marketing and communication, but not only to sell things. I also want to use them to create something positive and useful for society.

I think I’m a strategic person, both in my studies and in my daily life, and I’m also discovering more and more my creative side.

Right now I'm studying in Barcelona, but I’m originally from Mallorca.

I’ve explored a range of creative paths: DJing, styling, makeup, content production - before narrowing in on what resonates most: building visual worlds and shaping ideas into cohesive, high-impact concepts.

I was born and raised in São Paulo, Brasil, and moved to the USA in 2021 to go to college.

I graduated in Advertising from USF, in Tampa, last year and decided to continue studying the creative world here in Miami!

I want to be a creative director and work at an agency with amazing brands.

Beyond what I study, I’m someone who’s very driven by curiosity. I’m constantly looking for inspiration in different places film, photography, fashion, even everyday moments. I care a lot about understanding people, how they think, what they feel, and how small details can turn into powerful ideas.

I’d say I’m both creative and observant, but also very hands on. I like being involved in the process from start to finish, not just thinking ideas but actually bringing them to life. I’m also someone who values growth a lot I’m always trying to push myself, learn something new, and evolve both personally and creatively.

For me, advertising isn’t just about selling something, it’s about creating stories and experiences that people can genuinely connect with but more than that GIVE THEM THE SURPRISE FACTOR

I approach my work by first understanding how people think, connect, and interact with the world around them to create ideas that feel relevant and impactful.

Before moving to Miami, I worked on brands including Wendy’s, Petro-Canada, Nespresso, and L'Oréal, gaining experience across loyalty programs, product launches, limited-time offers, activations, and brand campaigns.

I’m Alana, aspiring copywriter in the MaD + FIU masters program. There is nothing i enjoy more than doing crafts and having fun with friends! Love food, cooking AND eating out! I am a strategist from Germany. I did my undergrad in Business Administration and worked as a Consultant and Manager in my home country. I moved to Dominican Republic after the pandemic and worked as an independent social media strategist before I came to the US to elevate my career. My hobbies are fine arts and psychology. I love skiing, painting,

learning new things and going out.

That was me, every time, at ICICI Bank. As a Partnership Manager handling travel and entertainment tie-ups, I lived in the world of brand campaigns but always from the business side of the table.

Then I came to Miami on a holiday, saw Miami Ad School, and walked in on a whim. Something clicked that I couldn’t unfeel. So I did the uncomfortable thing, took a career break from a stable mid-management career and became a student again. I was second guessing my decision because of my age but as I worked on campaigns and started competing in awards, the second-guessing stopped. I’m not looking back. This career chose me!
