To prepare this delicious dish, we will need to cook two chicken breasts and 1 pound of rice, 4 cups of water and salt to taste, in addition to this, we will need to chop and cook in a separate container a red pepper, an onion, a carrot, green beans and peas to taste, we can also add two chorizos fried and chopped to flavor the rice. After we have all this ready, we must stir in a large container and it will be ready to serve.
