         <description><![CDATA[<div>All three of these give me ideas to develop new content for my classes, encourage me when I'm feeling burned out or uninspired, and give me an opportunity to experience PD that's relevant to my subject. Most district or school-wide PD is less applicable to my subject, so it's nice to find options online that are! I also appreciate the camaraderie with other art teachers that I feel on social media.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>
