History- The pupil is over active and always seems to be busy in stimulating other student for some talk, and shows less concern about the writing the notes and other CW assigned to them. There is no certification.

Strength- The science marks is A2 and remains active for raising questions of subjects even the basic questions are inquired during the content discussion.

Weakness- The student fails to write notes and his NB is not complete in a synchronous manner. He often fails to listen and comprehend the meaning of sentences during the class room teaching.

Likes- Playing, talking and some times teasing the fellow classmates.

Dislikes- Not friendly with most of the students in his class. Some times refuses to write and participate in group works. Other students always say about his disturbing manner in class, so they too dislike to accompany with yashraj.

Strategies for change- The CT has tried many times to mend the behavior of child but could not bring any desirable change. During PTM I could meet to his caretaker and he said that the student is over active, as he behaves almost similar way in his house, parents feel it will be over with the advancement in age.

History of learning disability - He has not any type of learning disability. After the death of his father most of time he mentally lost in class. He lost his confidence also. Because of family issue he is very irregular in the class.

Needs: He needs motivation and emotional support. At the same time he has to be strong and accept the fact of life.

Behavior challenges: Most of time he is quiet during class descussion.

HISTORY OF LEARNING DISABILITY:

He sits very quietly in class. He is reluctant to read loud in class. He avoids eye to eye contact. He writes very slowly and tries to escape written assignments. However on enquiry with the class monitor, i found out that he does interact with his classmates.

In recent times he was found sleeping during the class. He is reluctant to share his problems with teachers.

STRENGTHS:

He is very obedient to his teachers. He is polite and courteous. When he is interested in something he does well.

Needs:

He needs motivation to do well. He needs parental care and guidance which I feel is missing.

Likes: Loves to talk about the virtual world and is pretty interested in the same.

Reading: Has difficulty in reading loud and clear. He is not confident of reading long paragraphs.

Strengths (Academic skills, Speech, writing, etc.): Sometimes she is highly attentive in class and participates actively. She even answers the toughest of the questions with ease but other times appears lethargic or dismissive.

Needs:

Emotional support from her parents and teachers will help her overcome her mood swing problem.

Likes: Talking to her friends about his elder brother.

Dislikes: Sometimes she doesn't want to study and complains of having a fever or covid and wants to be sent back home.

Language Level: She doesn't have any issues in framing sentences both in English and Hindi. She obtains good grades on both subjects.

Mathematical and Logical Skills: She is good in mathematics and science both.

Strategies that work: I don't allow her to go out of class and ask her to head down on the desk. After 5 minutes, she is ok again.

Strategies that don't work: If you scold her, she starts crying and want to call her parents to go back home.

Important relevant information: Both parents are doctors and don't give much time to the child. She is very attached to her brother from covid time as both of them used to be at home during that time.

He only writes when consistently encouraged and doesn’t interact much with his peers. While he isn’t easily distracted, his lack of interest across all subjects affects his academic performance.

Strengths: Shaurya is polite and well-behaved, with no disciplinary issues.

Weaknesses: He tends to be unmotivated in writing and shows little interest in academics, sports, or games.

Support and Progress: Since Shaurya finds writing challenging, he is encouraged to write two paragraphs daily from the subject matter. This practice not only addresses his writing difficulties but also reinforces his academic understanding. Positive reinforcement is provided for completing assignments and classwork. His parents are involved, offering additional support, and as a result, gradual improvement is evident, though the progress remains slow.

Strength: She seem to tend greater towards co-curricular quests like art, music and dance. She shows extreme interests in reading novels.

Need: She requires constant emotional and mental support as she suffers through often mood changes and tends to adapt a repulsive nature, even towards herself.

Likes: She shows great affinity towards co-curricular activities. She has a great interest for reading novels but the choice of books are not appropriate for her age.

Dislikes: She dislikes coming to school daily and taking any responsibility.

Language level: Good

Reading: She can read efficiently.

Writing: She can write without errors.

Saiaa is struggling with writing skills, when she is writing in the exam. Paper. She faces challenges with completion of paper, since hand writing with big letters, uncleared, not maintained sequences, may be an incomplete answer.

But in the library she is sitting silently and smiling always and see the picture book

Behavior in the Library: In the library she needs assistance when coming in and from the library to the classroom by housekeeping didi. In the library – I had observed when she was in class –VIII, she was sitting & looking here and there at the book magazine.

But in class –IX, she always complained mood, confident attitude, sir. I am reading a book, they are creating noise. Sir scolded them. They are naughty.

When I wish children –good morning! Children, Saiaa responded good morning Sir loudly and other classmates enjoyed themselves.

Sometimes she feels disturbed by other classmates.

One day I observed, during the library period she had come without the assistance of housekeeping didi.

Strength: She has complained against other classmates- if anything happened wrong while talking in the library.

Engagement: It is necessary to read and see the book.

Conclusion: Ultimately result. It has changed attitude and developed in class -9 than class -8. Needs regularity practice, habits.

General Observation: Akshay is a boy who is a mixed bag of emotions. Sometimes he is happy, sometimes helpful, sometimes funny, sometimes naughty just like any other child. But, he gets hyper active and over excited in the class which disturbs the tempo of the class. It’s difficult for him to sit at a place and be attentive for continuous 45 mins period.

Strength:Akshay is quite helpful in the class. He is generally the first one to assist someone who needs any sort of help. Wants to do the board work.

Weakness: He struggles in few subjects mainly language papes.

Writing skill: When he tries he is able to finish his work. Although he needs to work on his spellings.

Needs: He will be able to do better in written work with more practice and assistance.
