I like that we meet monthly and have regular communication. Even if you send something virtually, you have a follow up meeting to ensure we are all on the same page.

Just a suggestion- when you pull out the math and reading groups-do you have a max number of kids for each group? Is there any chance you could take all the kids from every class instead of splitting 2 teachers at a time? Of course next year there will be 6 3rd grade so it may be moot.

Meetings were great this year! You kept meetings short and to the point. You always do a great job of clearly explaining the data and what qualifications are required for students to be nominated for your program. You also do a great job with consistent communication about when meetings are and sending out the agenda in advance. Thank you for everything you do!

I know sometimes items on the agenda can take longer than others. For some of us that have duties, could we look at starting earlier when more items are needed to be addressed? Just a suggestion.

Very organized and meetings are on task. Material is presented in an easy to follow format.

Duties start at 8:40, so we need to start a bit earlier to give folks time to arrive at their assigned duties.
