The song "Orgy-porgy" is used to promote the idea of sexual promiscuity and communal living as a means of achieving happiness and social cohesion. The quote reflects the dystopian and totalitarian nature of the society depicted in the book, as it shows how the ruling class uses propaganda and mind control techniques to manipulate the masses into accepting a way of life that ultimately serves the interests of the ruling class. The "Orgy-porgy" song is a tool of control that reinforces the societal norms and values that are imposed on the people, rather than allowing them to think and act for themselves.
