         <description><![CDATA[<div>Students around the country, especially poor and minority children, were not meeting the learning objectives and performing unsatisfactory according to schools and lawmakers. Many schools were not creating successful graduates and many students were not graduating. Education of children in our society is important because they become decision-making adults.</div>]]></description>
