Adjusting and becoming an american citizen

You may have thought that it was possible hard for me to cope with a life in america. Surprisingly it was a pretty simple and fun. In my past I basically grew up in my grandmothers tiny house filled to the brink with other family members that spoke Hmong. I had to undergo a stressful and aggravating process of remembering 2 languages, English and Hmong. One point I would be at school speaking with friends of multiple races and ethnicities with English, and then I would be speaking Hmong with all my family. In the end I ended up losing most my knowledge on Hmong culture, however I still continue to speak Hmong with my family but I mainly speak English nowadays.

Lets talk about the Hmong Embroidery

The Hmong Embroidery was used in fabrics and many designs for dresses, sheets, clothes, paintings, etc. Hmong embroidery had beautiful designs and lots of colors. These unique symbols were sometimes found on hmong paintings leading back to the Vietnam war or they could be on a painting of Hmong people tending to the fields. From my perspective and from listening to my grandparents I believe that these symbols symbolize emotions or events depending on the placement and color of the symbol.
