This activity is a vital part of the Mission Specialist onboarding process. It covers the history, products, and specific 'Kada-lingo,' as well as our internal policies and guidelines. By understanding the culture early on, we can better adapt to the environment and maximize our overall experience here at KadaKareer.

The Onboarding experience was really fun and helpful! I liked how interactive and easy to follow everything was. It was great to learn about the history, culture, and goals of KadaKareer, and I really appreciated the bite-sized content which made everything easy to understand.

One suggestion would be to make the content a bit more organized, like standardizing formats and picture sizes (some images are a bit too big or take up too much screen space).

I also really enjoyed the interactive activities, they were a fun way to introduce ourselves and connect with others. Overall, the onboarding course is such a fun and welcoming way to get started and feel comfortable in the team! ♡♡

A - Everything was very well organized and the flow of topics are coherent. I enjoyed the quizzes and the discussion forums.

B - Too much readings, it kind of felt like a school assignment 😭

C - Nothing. I was able to understand all the lectures!

M - I hope information for specific Teams would be added too! I would have loved to know the reason behind adding my team (Program Ops) to the organization and the history of some other teams.

Hello! The onboarding experience was really enjoyable and helpful. I love how the facilitators made the orientations and courses very creative and interactive, which I think really encouraged us Mission Specialists to to be more proactive and committed in the program! I did enjoy the program overall but I also wish that the readings were shorter and updated. Nevertheless, I genuinely appreciate my experience!

A - After finishing the onboarding experience on Canvas, I can say that I was able to learn about KadaKareer's culture, history, initiatives, and impact. On top of that, doing the quizzes helped me to remember the information I read about KadaKareer. Also, I was fascinated by how the content is structured to enable us, the new members, to think about our purpose, the process we do, and the result we intend to achieve. What I learned about this idea is that we should always reflect on our core purpose in what we do. At KadaKareer, I feel aligned with the values that the community continues to uphold.

B - To be honest, I would not say it was a dull moment trying to learn more about KadaKareer.

C - I would say the discussion forums, YouTube videos, and quizzes provided me with insightful knowledge about the ideas that KadaKareer seeks to promote to its members. However, it would also be helpful to have the readings cleanly organized so the readers can easily read and follow through the text.

M - For me, nothing was missing.

A: The modules were easily understood and very digestible, which made going through the course smooth and manageable. The content was clear and well-paced, helping me absorb the lessons without feeling overwhelmed.

B: The discussion forums, which are meant to be interactive, felt more like a compulsory task rather than an engaging space for conversation.

C: I didn’t encounter any confusing parts while taking the course.

M: I would love to see more interactive outputs with other members of the cohort to maximize what Canvas has to offer and to get to know everyone better.

A - the instructions are clear, I was able to learn the things that I will need to thrive here, it is fun to learn about the cultures, terminilogies and history of Kada and the activities are quite fun

B - it was hard to read the very long text, sometimes I feel like its a Social Science subject Readings T__T

C - Personally there is no confusing part on the canvas, it was well structured

M - I'd love to see more interactive activities
