For my first goal, I decided to fulfill my dream of becoming a gym trainer in the future. To make this dream come true, I set smaller goals and began working towards them step-by-step. In particular, I'm in a Sporting graduate program in FPT university and expect to get my degree in the next 3 years. I attend classes regularly and try my best in every class activities and group projects. Moreover, I've also signed up for a sport coaching course where I've learned how to teach people about playing different kinds of sports or how to guide people on doing indoor and outdoor activities. The best solution for hot - tempered: "Taking a Pause Before Reacting" is one of the most effective strategies for managing a hot temper.

Why is it the best solution?

1. Prevents Regretful Actions: Anger often leads to impulsive decisions, which can damage relationships, careers, or reputations. A brief pause allows you to consider your response instead of reacting emotionally.

Shortcoming 1: Procrastination Solution: Set a specific start time – instead of waiting for inspiration or a deadline Why choose: -Helps you overcome the habit of “putting it off until tomorrow”. -Shift from a “must get it done” mindset to a “just start on time” mindset. -Reduces mental pressure and avoids rushing into work at the last minute.

+Time Management and Planning -> Because it gives the person a clear schedule to work with, whether it's something that needed to be done immediately or a week later.

-Perfectionist:

+ Set clear boundaries, like knowing when it's "good enough". -> Because it's good for not overworking yourself and give yourself stress or to annoy whoever is doing their business.

-Increase productive - Without interruptions, you can complete tasks in less time, leaving more room for breaks or fun activities without guilt.

2.Hot-tempered Solution: read books, do exercise or meditate. Try to control your emotion. When you get angry, you can close your eyes, stay calm and count to 10 Why I choose: Because I was a hot-tempered guy a long time ago, when I encountered a bad situation in life before, I try to ease my mind by reading books and something else, I'm not hot-tempered anymore.

3.Disorganized: Organize Your Space • Designate specific spots for items • Use labels and storage bins to keep things in order. • Clear your workspace before and after tasks to avoid clutter buildup.
