In my experience, i think the voice test is too fast , i have a problem with my ear. Its a little hard for me. My strategy is i just pick a chooice who have a word in voice test.

In my opinion, learning to listen is very good for practicing in English because if you can listen well, then you can speak English well too. Moreover, it can train oneself to focus on every word spoken so that it makes a person need to learn to understand word for word.
