By planting trees and collaborating with partners, we felt like part of a great initiative that is making a difference in the world.

I sincerely thank the wonderful team of students and teachers for the opportunity to implement such interesting and meaningful project.

Our kids planted a tree and made many posters. They were enjoying of being a part of this educational project. All parents liked it.

My daughter Azra Güder started attending Edirne Keşan Çamlıca Village Primary School this year, and we also joined the “Plant a Tree” eTwinning project for the first time. I would like to sincerely thank our dear teacher Ms. Mediha and everyone who contributed to this meaningful project.

Azra has always loved nature, but through this project, she learned the importance of acting together, working in a group, and being organized and systematic. She also developed skills in researching, thinking critically, and generating ideas.

As a family, we are happy to be part of this journey. We hope to see more such valuable and inspiring projects in the future. Thank you again to everyone involved.

I am Azra Güder, 8 years old. I started at Edirne Çamlıca Village Primary School this year. When my teacher said, “We are doing a project, would you like to join?”, I felt a bit hesitant at first because she mentioned we would be working with other countries too.

I only knew how to say numbers, a few fruits, and some objects in English. But I’ve always been interested in nature and trees. This project makes me very happy because I’m working together with my classmates, my teacher Ms. Mediha, and new friends from other countries—even if I don’t know their language.

Being part of a team that protects our world feels amazing.

We learned that we should not cut down, step on or mistreat trees, plants, flowers and fruits. We learned that we should protect the forest and nature.

I had the privilege of collaborating very closely (sometimes even live!) with colleagues from different countries in developing activities about the importance of trees for humanity and the need for their conversion and multiplication. This joint work strengthened the team spirit and contributed to our personal and professional growth.

The project also allowed us to rethink our active role in preserving the planet and humanity. Now, our students are more aware of the need to conserve the plant world (and also the animal world!) and more aware that their physical and mental well-being and their quality of life depend on the existence of many healthy plants.

I am sure that this experience will leave a lasting impression. Until the next challenges!

With this project we increased our student's environmental awareness and consciousness and developed an ecological lifestyle.
