I grew up with both parents being faithful members who raised my three siblings and I to their fullest. I believe that it is fair to say without the church in my life I would not be the person I am today. She lived there for about half of her life before moving to the United States. As my Mom she raised us very similar to way she was raised and taught us her language, history and traditions. I even lived in Guatemala for a short period and due to the way I was raised I fit in well, I even have duel citizenship between The United States and Guatemala. I've been on the internet since when I was in elementary school and has completely influenced my sense of humor and my language broadly. I have often been disconnected from other kids my age and slightly older as they don't/didn't (as I got older this became less and less common) understand a lot of what I was talking about.
