Although, it does make sense when you think about it because it is a reflection of what you are feeling, most of the time, without us being aware that we are doing it. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I was unaware that our emotional conflict with others played a role in emotional intelligence. I was under the impression that emotional intelligence was how aware and in control one was with their own emotions, but that is not the case, and I found that to be interesting. </div>]]></description>

Emotional intelligence deals with us not only recognizing our own emotions but others to create healthier relationships. </div>]]></description>
