In my personal opinion, this is not done in some cases. The government is responsible for working for the people and making the country the best that it can possibly be for its inhabitants. The government should also be able to make smart an respectable decisions, but some politicians never take that into account. Politicians can sometimes worry more about their careers and being reelected than what is really good for the people. This is not how the government should be run. Instead the people of the United States should be placed into concern first on any issue that involves them.

What is Your Level of Interest in the Presidential Election.
I am not extremely interested in this election because neither of the candidates are respectable enough for the job or running the country, in my opinion. I will also not be allowed to vote when election day comes around because I will no be old enough. If I were to vote however, I don't think I would. I can process the words better in my head and read at my own pace. I think that burning ANY flag symbolizes that something needs to be changed in government or society. Mr Smith wanted so very badly he opportunity to help boys in his state get more involved in their country. It was honestly devastating when you find out that he is being used for nothing more than a seat filler by the other senior senator. Mr. Smith's strength and courage however, pushed him to carry on with his time in the senate and kept the damn from being built where he wanted his boy's camp. Although he was infatuated with politics and government, or maybe more so the history behind it all, he did not believe that it should take part in the building of his boy's camp. He was very concerned about the youth of America and wanted the best future for them. He was concerned with the people as an entirety and was an honest, intelligent American. The youth. I have seen ads where a young boy that died from cancer a few years ago came to Rodney Davis and told him that only 4% of cancer research is done for pediatric care. Rodney Davis wants to fix this and allow further research into pediatric cancer.
