He is happy that he has seizures because that is the only time for him that he can actually laugh and since he cant control his self he cant control his laughing. So that is the only time that actually gets to laugh during his lifetime

It is when your able to share feelings with other people who are looking at the same thing like if it was  a sad movie and multiple people could see it and feel sad and everyone is sad.It affects the world by people when people watching something on TV and it is a comedy like AFV the family can all laugh together so they are all happy.Everyone that reads the either feel bad for him for him having to deal with Cerebral Palsy because people think that he is dumb and retarded.But they also felt touched at the end of the book.
