People can adapt to the heat by using their heat, they can invest in solar panel for air conditioning and electric fans. By using infinite energy, we lower our carbon footprint, and can stop the o-zone to stop thinning. Therefore, the world doesn't become hotter, and people won't have to live in ridiculously high temperatures.

We can deal with heat by using Air Conditioners or Electric fans but since those also take up a lot of energy and isn't really that good for the environment, we can possibly use Solar Panels. What individuals can do to live comfortably despite the heat is maybe wear more light clothings, lessen the use of hot electronics like ovens, and drink plenty of water. But what we can do in order to reduce heat is maybe stop using too much energy and Plant more trees. :)

a.: Solutions or changes to survive in places with very hot climates:

- We should always hydrate ourselves by drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day. This is the most basic but also the most important thing to do knowing you are in a place with a very hot climate.

- If we are really hot, let's stay in air-conditioned room. It is very dangerous to get diseases from extreme heat like heat stroke which could lead to death. So whenever we go out to buy groceries or going off to school or to work, let's always bring an umbrella or our caps and hats to avoid the extreme heat in our place.

- The Philippines is a tropical country so it will be always hot in this country. So if ever we have a chance to change something in our houses, we could change our roofs to materials that can be a best defense against very hot climates. One type of roof is a Terra-Cotta Tiles the materials is heat resistant.

b. : All of these solutions can be taught by the local government to the community to address the issue of the hot climate in our places.

c. : Bigger actions such as doing programs of solutions and changes to survive the hot climate of the place. These programs will open the minds of people and we can make a huge step in adapting the heat by making changes and solutions.

References:

https://www.cdc.gov/nceh/features/extremeheat/index.html

https://www.premanroofing.com/blog/whats-the-best-roof-for-a-hot-climate/

In order to cope with drastic weather changes, many cities will require extensive urban planning adaptations. Garschagen says this could include changing the building materials used in construction, planting more trees, making room for green spaces, and building fresh air corridors.

Urban planning can give you technical solutions for what could be done … but the real challenge in urban societies, like here in Bonn, is actually to negotiate with [people] about what they are willing to accept in terms of changes

https://www.dw.com/en/how-can-cities-adapt-to-a-hotter-climate/a-44667424

For me the bigger actions they can make is to make less polution around the city or place to prevent from having so much heat.

In order to cope with the scorching temperatures here in the Philippines there are ways on how we can adapt to this.

A. Wear white clothes because they don't absorb as much visible light. Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated, and to cool off the heat. We should utilize our air conditioners more.
B. A way on how we can live comfortably despite the heat is by blocking them off by using curtains, and other accessible materials to shut sunlight, and heat from penetrating.
C. We should minimize the use of things that produce a lot of carbon dioxide. Building shades in every area, and planting more trees benefit the surrounding area from harmful radiation, and hot air.

a. We must drink water frequently in order to live in really hot cities in a major way. Staying indoors rather than in the sun to avoid dehydration or loss of consciousness, both of which result in a reduction in oxygen levels.
b. A community must take action against the situation and do something about it. We should stop the increasing amount and limit the greenhouses gases because it affects our planet. Instead, we should just reduce water waste, planting more trees more than we cut them, spreading awareness about climate change, and many more ways.
c. The biggest action we can do to decrease hot places on our planet is to educate people all around the world and do things about it. If we all associate and take action to stop climate change, our planet will be much safer and longer to stay.
Reference: https://www.urbancultivator.net/how-to-stay-cool-in-hot-weather/
