1) Students with growth mindset understand that learning and intelligence can grow with time, dedication mentorship and experience. Like growth mindsets, we should encourage children that intelligence can be developed and our goal should be to learn at all times.
2) Growth mindset people value effort and hardwork unlike fixed mindset who believe effort is a bad thing.
3) We should praise the efforts and process of the students like you must have tried hard rather than praising the intelligences of the students like you must be smart.
4) Mistakes should be encouraged in classrooms as it is crucial for learning. We should make the students aware that hiding our mistakes, running way from mistakes and covering up won't lead us anywhere.
5) Fixed mindsets can be changed to growth mindsets by nuturing the students with the right attitudes and approaches like valuing mistakes as part of learning, always keep trying and giving constructive feedback on students work for their efforts and processses rather than intelligences.
