Save Me a Seat is about two fifth grade boys named Joe and Ravi. Ravi just moved from India with his family, and is having a hard time adjusting to school. Joe gets bullied by another fifth grader, and lots of kids at school think he isn't very smart. Will Joe and Ravi become friends?!

I recommend this book because Joe's character is hilarious. I love the way we get to know him better through each chapter. I also liked the way it switched between the two characters' voices, so that you see things from their different perspectives.
