I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the incredible impact you’ve had on me. From the very first time, we worked on together, I was inspired by your approach and thoughtful and caring guidance. Your support was just right up my street, when I felt overwhelmed, when I needed someone to share with.

I’ve learned so much from you—not just about work, but about how to live with a caring heart, filled with kindness.

Leaving work behind, there have been so many other special events of my life, too, like the time you came to my wedding, the day when Lucy came to the world or the way you’ve been visiting us during maternity leave and still the way it was until now.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to you from the bottom of my heart.

When I asked for leave before surgery, I was very nervous and even scared. You hugged me tight and told me that my hair was beautiful, you didn’t want me to lose it. Your compassion touched my heart deeply and helped me calm down a lot. I was stronger when I felt your kindness, care and great support, as well as the support from our community. Thank you, dear Kate, for helping me to be more optimistic during the most difficult time of my life. Thank you for all that you have done for our community, the ISHCMC family.

Always radiant and youthful, she seems untouched by time, probably thanks to her deep faith that fills her with calm and energy. In tough moments, she’ll smile and say, “Just trust—there’s always a way.”

Phải nói, cuộc đời "đưa đẩy" Tôi đến ngành Giáo dục. Tôi không phải là một Giáo viên, không phải là người trực tiếp giảng dạy, nhưng Tôi, luôn cảm thấy hạnh phúc, tự hào về vị trí của mình hiện tại – Chuyên viên thu mua tại cơ sở Secondary.

06 năm trôi qua, không quá dài nhưng là cả một hành trình được đồng hành cùng mọi người. Có những niềm vui, có những nỗi buồn, có những lúc stress cực kỳ  vì nhiều đơn hàng gấp, vì những lần phải làm cầu nối “hòa giải” cho các phòng ban khi trình duyệt  lên tài chính, v.v. Nhưng cám ơn Tôi, đã luôn kiên định, đã luôn cố gắng và không bỏ cuộc, luôn  hoàn thành công việc của mình!

Tôi tự hào giới thiệu với mọi người nơi Tôi làm: “Phòng tôi là phòng tiếp dân. Luôn luôn lắng nghe, luôn luôn thấu hiểu và luôn cười tẹt ga”. Tôi không chắc sẽ làm bạn khóc, nhưng Tôi tin sẽ làm bạn cười nhiều hơn!

Tôi cám ơn Tôi vì đã sống tốt từng ngày, luôn sống  lạc quan, suy nghĩ tích tực. Và Tôi, cũng xin gửi lời cảm ơn chân thành nhất đến tất cả anh chị em nhân viên tại ISHCMC. Tôi muốn nhắn nhủ rằng: “Dù bạn là ai, dù bạn ở bất kỳ vị trí nào trong trường, bạn luôn xứng đáng được trân trọng, được ghi nhận”! - No mater who you are, which position you're in, you always deserve to be valued and appreciated!

I deeply appreciate the openness and warmth you show in connecting with our ISSP families—building that sense of community and trust that makes all the difference.

Inspiration, to me, is the positive energy you all bring into my life. I am truly grateful to have each of you as my coworkers. Trong cuộc sống, Tôi cảm thấy mình là người may mắn bởi mỗi bước đường đời đều gặp nhiều người tốt, gặp được những người có thể dạy tôi những bài học mà khi học ở trường lớp, sách vở chưa thể dạy hết. Đến khi đi làm, may mắn ấy vẫn tiếp tục đồng hành cùng tôi, để tôi được gặp người Chị, người Cô để biến nơi tôi làm việc thành một nơi gắn bó như thể ngôi nhà của mình. Người ta nói, có một nơi làm việc tốt là đã có nửa đời hạnh phúc, bởi gần nửa thời gian trong ngày con người gắn với nơi làm việc của mình. Nếu vậy, tôi đang có nửa cuộc đời hạnh phúc, mà hạnh phúc này phần lớn nhờ vào sự đồng hành và hỗ trợ của người Chị, người Cô. Với tất cả những gì học hỏi được từ người vừa là sếp vừa là người đi trước, đối với tôi, từ lâu người đó đã là một người Chị, người Cô không đứng trên bục giảng. Nhân ngày nhà giáo tri ân các Thầy, Cô sắp tới, tôi thực sự mong rằng người Chị, người Cô của mình có thật nhiều sức khỏe và hạnh phúc trong cuộc sống.

Time flies, it’s already been six years. I still vividly remember our first meeting on Skype for the interview of working at the school. Until this day, I am so grateful for that special encounter, which gave me the opportunity to work with you.

You were also the first person I met when I joined the school. My first impression of you was of a kind, friendly person with a gentle smile. Every day over the past six years, you've continued to maintain that image in my mind, even when you were truly busy or stressed at work.

One of the best parts of working at the school has been being one of your staff members under your management. You always listen to the challenges in our work, the thoughts and aspirations of your team, and are ready to help whenever I need your support.

Last year, when I heard you were leaving ISHCMC-AA, it was the saddest day I had during my time working here. As I thought I would no longer have the opportunity to work with a supervisor like you. And then, a miracle happened—you remained as the school’s principal, and I still had the chance to work with you.

From you, I have learned many valuable things for myself, from professional work ethics to how to maintain calmness and composure in both work and life.

Đời người được mấy lần 10 năm, như Đen Vâu từng hát như vậy. Vâng, công việc nếu bạn gắn bó nơi nào đó 10 năm thì cũng có nghĩa “đất đã hóa linh hồn”. Nói như thế để thấy ISHCMC đã và đang là một phần quan trọng với nhiều dấu ấn, với tất cả cung bậc cảm xúc trong hành trình đời tôi.

Có quá nhiều thứ cần cảm ơn, cảm ơn ai đó đã tạo ra ISHCMC để tôi có duyên làm nhân viên, cảm ơn Cognita đã cho tôi cơ hội gặp ISHCMC, cảm ơn các thế hệ nhân viên ISHCMC mà tôi từng gặp và làm việc chung, cảm ơn các đồng nghiệp phòng Kế toán –  Tài chính luôn hỗ trợ tôi, cảm ơn phòng HR đã tạo ra các hoạt động ý nghĩa như này, cảm ơn chính tôi và gia đình tôi đã cố gắng mỗi ngày. Và hơn hết trong không khí chào đón ngày 20-11, tôi cảm ơn tất cả giáo viên của trường, họ là linh hồn để giúp trường tồn tại và phát triển hơn 30 năm qua.

Với tôi, mọi việc là nhân duyên, đến hạt mưa còn không rơi nhầm chỗ. Vì vậy, gặp gỡ và làm việc với cộng đồng ISHCMC cho đến nay vừa là một món quà vừa là một trải nghiệm. Cảm ơn.

Every day, I feel happy to work with the people around. From the security guards I first see each morning, to the cleaners who arrive early every morning to ensure everything is spotless for a new day, to the leadership team always there to listen and support, and to the dedicated teachers and teaching assistants who inspire me with their passion, patience, and care, as well as all the support staff working tirelessly behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.

I cherish all the meaningful moments we’ve shared—the stories you tell, the support you offer, the kindness we show one another and everything you contribute to our community. Thank you to each and every one of you, in this picture and many more beyond.

I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with you who brings such warmth, wisdom, and humor to our campus. He has an uncanny ability to make everyone feel valued and supported, often lightening even the most serious moments with his witty sense of humor—I've even been caught off-guard a few times, asking, "Really?" only to be met with his playful, "No!"

Beyond the laughter, he’s been an inspiring mentor.
