         <description><![CDATA[<div>Stage one:<br>In stage one, the group will introduce themselves to the group. During this time, confidentiality will be expressed thoroughly. Some decisions will about training techniques will be passed to supervisors of company teams. The disclosure of what information to be shared will be noted, as the rest will remain within the group. Members will be reminded of the consent forms they have signed.<br>Stage two:<br>In stage two, the group will review progress from the objectives of the previos week. This will inform the group about which strategies are working, and those that are not. Then the team will design improved strategies for the following week. <br>Stage three:<br>In stage three, the group will discuss their involvement in the group and how improvements can be made for the following week. If members arestruggling to meet company goals, this stage is when all group members can collaborate and propose suggestions. The group will then be reminded of confidentiality and company policies regarding new suggestions.</div>]]></description>
