Stage two:
In stage two, the group will review progress from the objectives of the previos week. This will inform the group about which strategies are working, and those that are not. Then the team will design improved strategies for the following week. 
Stage three:
In stage three, the group will discuss their involvement in the group and how improvements can be made for the following week. If members arestruggling to meet company goals, this stage is when all group members can collaborate and propose suggestions.
