It was unfair for him to even be created the way he was in the first place and he didn't ask for reincarnation, it was brought upon him and he does get abused because of it which I think justifies his anger and hatred of humanity but doesn't give him a pass on murdering people. Gain and loss along with the theme of isolation and morals. We believe that the monster that Frankenstein created endured more hardship and suffering due to what it was as a creation and not knowing its place in the world. However, after he learns how to speak and act from the family he was spying on, he should be capable of reasoning and acting in a good and proper fashion.
