For example, many things cannot be  concluded  in the beginning ,so we need spend much time to think about the entire events and every detail.

Just ask the reason why you say that.If he/she give some evidences to improve the opinion,you might believe him/her. For example, Someone told me it will be rainy tomorrow.You might ask him/her to give some proof to support what he/she said. So we shouldn't judge situations too quickly. In fact,we  need to think calmly and logically.
