Benefits that the United States got consisted of pride, gracious words from other countries, and they became a higher priority for funds.</li><li>When the time came and other countries wanted to advance to other countries, the Soviet Union wanted to still be better and stronger than the other militaries. </li></ol><div><br></div>]]></description>
