         <description><![CDATA[<div>Seesaw:<br>This is a program which allows students to share what they have learned through taking pictures and then explaining through voiceovers: through this teachers can follow students' train of thought and more fully understand misconceptions<br><br>This is a great tool for students who aren't comfortable talking in front of the class/raising their hand<br><br>Students using this create a portfolio of things that they have learned throughout the year<br><br>This allows parents to see what their children are working on as well!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Flipgrid:<br>This is a cool tool for the classroom because it allows students to record themselves and what they know, but then lets other students respond.<br><br>It can be used on lots of different devices which is helpful because not everyone may have access to the same technology<br><br>What makes this tool unique is that the classroom can become global in that you can connect with another educator somewhere else in the world and see what others are doing!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>These tools are great for use in the classroom because it gives students a voice, which is something that is extremely important as they are learning.<br><br>Teachers have the ability to more fully connect with students and understand their thought process through these tools.<br><br>My students will use a combination of these tools to share what they think and have learned.</div><ul><li>Padlet will be a great resource to use if we have class discussions, everyone can post and then reply or react to each other.</li><li>Seesaw will be a good resource for students to describe what they have learned and so retain the information: these videos can then be shared with the class to once again respond</li><li>Flipgrid will be a good resource for students because it will allow them to connect with other students around the world and discuss what they have learned in class</li></ul>]]></description>
