I think the thing that is stopping me from learning how to ride a bike is that I lack the commitment and the time to do it. I've always wanted to try learning how to ice skate, but my mind tells me I don’t have the potential to learn cool tricks or be in any ice skating classes.  This could connect to Xiomara because she doesn’t feel like she has the potential to be utterly confident while reading her poems.
