A man named Mikali Markhasev emigrated from Ukraine and was set on the path of heading to college, but he soon dropped out and started hanging with the wrong crowd like gangs, thugs, etc.
2. Ennis Cosby (the son of Bill Cosby) was an intelligent man who had dyslexia and wanted to overcome it by becoming an educational teacher.
3. On January 16, 1997, Ennis was trying to visit his friend Stephanie Crane when he got a flat tire. A man named Mikali tried to rob him but it went wrong when Mikali felt like Ennis wasn't moving fast enough for him so he shot him.
4. Crane was at the scene when it happened and described the man as 5 foot 10, very thin, pale with pointy features, and was wearing a wool hat. Crane had trouble finding the criminal in a line up and just from mug shots alone which made this was an advantageous situation to Mikali.
5. Luckily the police discovered hais on a dark blue nit cap that was wrapped around a caliber Taurus revolver, saying that Mikali must have ditched it in the wooded area that they found it in. They ran a DNA analysis check on the hair and said that they were 99% sure that it was Mikali's.
