I thought I was not good enough, I cry too often, I feel and care too deeply with/ about others and this makes me too fragile.


Now I can say that I have learned that being emotional, sensitive and empathic can also be a great strength. Of course it's always important to not let the feelings of others overwhelm you and to have resilience to what life might throw at you. But it's also good to see what positive effects being emotionally intelligent has.


I am proud to be able to empathize with others and validate their feelings, I'm happy to be able to read the room and not say things that might hurt the other person's feelings, I'm glad to be able to make others feel seen and heard, I'm thankful for my ability to feel things deeply because it makes me feel alive and human to experience this.

On one side I have chaos, anger and hate and on the other peace, compassion and love. If you look closely some motives can be found on both sides.
