Most people diagnosed with COPD have elements of both chronic bronchitis and emphysema.
2.) Long-term treatment includes smoking cessation and avoidance of triggers. Bronchodilators can be used to ease symptoms and corticosteroids can be used to decrease inflammation in the lungs. Supplemental oxygen is utilized to maintain an oxygen level of 88-92%.

The flu is transmitted from person to person through respiratory droplets propelled when talking, coughing, or sneezing. It can also be transmitted when touching a contaminated surface. Most likely to spread the virus 1 day before symptoms until 5-7 days after symptoms have started.
2.) Once you have contracted the virus, the cells multiply and spread throughout the upper respiratory tract then the immune system responds by swelling of the tracheobronchial and redness. Then there is mucus discharge. There are three diagnostic test available: RT-PCR, Rapid molecular assay, and rapid influenza diagnostic test.
